Our 3-bedroomed, centrally heated house is situated in one of the loveliest parts of the beautiful Pyrenees-Orientales; in the Pyrenees mountains about 90 minutes from the Mediterranean beaches. The front door opens to a central hall; to the right of the hall, the main room incorporates a living area with radiators and an electric fire, a dining area, and a fully fitted kitchen - complete with oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, etc. The extendable dining table has seating for 8.

In the lounge area is a television and DVD/CD system, a three-seater sofa, easy chairs, pouffes, and bookcase.

To the left off the entrance hall is a wc with wash handbasin, then a door to a shower enclosure and wash handbasin leading to a study/occasional single bedroom with a french window opening onto the rear courtyard. There is a WiFi Broadband Internet connection for your laptop computer, and phones giving free calls to landline telephones in all countries of the European Union and a number of other countries worldwide, including Canada, the United States, Australia and New Zealand. Upstairs there are three bedrooms - two doubles and a twin - as well as a large sitting room with sofa, easy chairs and a music centre. The front double bedroom and the sitting room both have french windows opening onto the balcony which runs the full length of the house giving fantastic views of the mountains.

The family bathroom is upstairs and comprises a shower over the bath, wash handbasin and wc. In addition, there is a separate shower room with a large shower, wash handbasin and wc.

Outside, there is a small front garden and a further small garden area to the side with cherry trees and raspberry bushes. There is a wooden table and bench seats in the shade of the trees, while the rear courtyard has a large table and chairs. In the garage is a moveable barbecue and a washing machine.
